Benjamin Van Oudenhove,
Chairman
Mr.
Van Oudenhove is a member of the Brussels Bar and of the New York Bar.
He was an intern at McKinsey & Co until December 31, 1999. Prior to
that, he worked as a lawyer with the U.S. law firm Covington & Burling.
Mr. Van Oudenhove received his basic law degree from the Catholic University
of Namur (magna cum laude) (1994), the Sorbonne, Paris I (summa cum
laude) (1996), and the Catholic University of Leuven (magna cum laude)
(1997). He obtained his LL.M. degree at Harvard Law School (1998), where
he was a Fulbright and Baker & Mckenzie fellow, and a member of the
Harvard Law School Council. Mr. Van Oudenhove also took part in several
programs on finance at London Guildhall University (cum laude) (1996)
and the London School of Economics (1999). Mr. Van Oudenhove speaks
fluent Dutch, French and English and basic German.
Dror
Ben-Asher
Mr. Ben-Asher has extensive experience in global M&A and financing transactions with a particular emphasis on the life science industry. Prior to joining ProSeed, he received an LL.B with distinction (First Class Honours) from the University of Leicester, England. As an Oxford scholar, Mr. Ben-Asher later received a Masters degree in European and Comparative Law from Oxford University (1997), specializing in European business law, intellectual property and competition law. He concluded his LL.M. studies as a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School (1998) focusing on antitrust issues in the pharmaceutical industry and was an Olin Fellow for Law, Economics and Business, and an Economics Teaching Fellow at Harvard. Mr. Ben-Asher speaks fluent Hebrew and English.
David
Katsnelson
Mr.
Katsnelson previously served as Vice-President of Avian Securities -
a Boston-based institutional brokerage that specializes in Information
Technology and Internet research and trading. He previously worked as
an independent trader in New York, trading stocks, commodities and options.
Mr. Katsnelson was the founder, President and portfolio manager of DBX
Asset Management Company, Inc. in Newton, MA, which established and
managed an equity mutual fund. He also served at Morningstar, a premier
financial information company covering mutual funds, variable annuities,
Japanese equities and other financial products. Mr. Katsnelson received
a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Slavic Languages and Literature
from the University of Chicago (1993). He speaks fluent Russian and
English, has a working knowledge of French and Polish, and is currently
learning Hebrew.
Ori
Shilo
Mr.
Shilo was, until recently, the COO and a senior management member of
the Israeli Antitrust Authority in Jerusalem where he was in charge
of the operations of the authority and its 80 employees, the annual
budget, personnel, computerization, and the outsourcing of economic
consultants and service providers. Prior to that, he was a Senior Economist
and Personal Advisor to the Director General of the Antitrust Authority
responsible for the development of economic policy guidelines and guidance
of junior economists. Mr. Shilo was an analyst with Delloite & Touche
Consulting, Tel-Aviv, where he gained extensive experience in company
valuation, private placements, developing business strategy and general
finance consulting. He specialized in the high-tech sector including
applications for funding from the Chief Scientist of the Israeli government.
Mr. Shilo has an M.B.A from Ben Gurion University, Beer-Sheva, majoring
in Finance (1999) and a B.A. in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude)
from the College of Management, Tel-Aviv (1996). He served as an officer
in the Israeli Defence Forces.
