Notal Vision Raises $1.5 Million First Round
JERUSALEM (VENTUREWIRE) -- Notal Vision, which develops products for age-related
macular degeneration, said it has raised $1.5 million in its first round of outside
funding from Englewood, N.J.-based Dellet, Jerusalem Global Investors, and
Brussels-based ProSeed Capital Holdings. The money will be used for clinical
research. A member of Jerusalem Global Investors will take the fourth seat on the
company's board of directors. The company expects to raise an additional $3 million
to $5 million within the next few months. A spokesperson for Dellet said the
company invested $500K in Notal.
